1: مطلوب مدير الامتثال للخدمات المصرفية
الشروط:
– أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
– حاصل على مؤهل علمي مناسب للوظيفة.
– يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في القطاع المصرفي.
– يتمتع بمهارات تواصل فعالة.
الوصف الوظيفي:
تنفيذ برامج امتثال فعالة تهدف إلى منع السلوكيات غير القانونية أو غير الأخلاقية أو غير اللائقة. يعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين قسم الامتثال وقسم البيع بالجملة، حيث يكون مسؤولًا عن مراقبة نتائج جهود الامتثال والأخلاقيات في القسم المدعوم، والإبلاغ عنها، بالإضافة إلى تقديم التوجيه والاستشارات بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالامتثال.
الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
– تطوير وتنفيذ ومراجعة سياسات وإجراءات التشغيل العامة لبرنامج الامتثال، وضمان فعاليتها في منع السلوكيات غير القانونية أو غير الأخلاقية أو غير اللائقة، بالإضافة إلى إدارة العمليات اليومية للبرنامج.
– تحديث ومراجعة معايير السلوك بشكل دوري لضمان استمراريتها وفعاليتها في تقديم التوجيه اللازم للإدارة والموظفين.
– إنشاء وصيانة برنامج اتصال فعال لتعزيز الامتثال داخل المنظمة.
– متابعة القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها لضمان الامتثال لها.
– العمل كجهة مستقلة للمراجعة والتقييم لضمان تطبيق معايير الامتثال بفعالية.
– الإلمام بالقضايا الجديدة والقائمة المتعلقة بالامتثال، إلى جانب السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
